Trumpf 3040 10k Laser

Metro Boiler Tube is currently stocking SA 36, SA 387 Gr11, SA 387 Gr22, SA 240 304/304L SS, SA 240 309 SS, 240 310SS, Inconel 625, And Many Other Specs of plate to provide our customers with quick turn around, high tolerance (width +/- .005") custom sized membrane bar for easily maintaining water wall panel widths and tube spacing due to weld shrinkage and tube ovality issues. We can provide you with Laser Cut Bar, Sheared And Sized Bar, Keyhole Bar, and Sawcut Bar. This Bar Can Be Preped, Beveled And Bent Ready For fabrication.

Metro Boiler Tube can cut custom width membrane bar (+/-.005") for your water wall panels to help maintain your tube spacing and panel widths due to weld shrinkage and tube ovality issues after welding. With our new Trumpf 10k Laser we can respond with a quick turnaround on large orders. Sheared Sized Bar

Metro Boiler Tube is also currently stocking sheared coil in 1/4" SA 36. This coil can be sized down to (-.015") from the original width Holding A (+/-.005") Tolerance.

​Sheared Bar Inventory All Membrane Coil is 1/4" SA 36 Available In The Widths Below (+/-.005") And Can Be Sized Under Up To .015"

1/4 inch A36 sheared and sized bar is a cheaper option for maintaining membrane panel widths.
Membrane bar sizer allows is to resize and straighten sheared membrane bar Down to 0.015 of the original width.
