Sales/Estimating Position

Location: 122 Rollins Industrial Blvd Ringgold, GA 30736 US

Industry: Boiler Fabrication / Sheet Metal Fabrication / Machining / Welding

Pay: Minimum $70,000.00 per year along with end of the year bonus - Salary could be more based on skills and experience.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. 1 hour for lunch.

Description: Metro Boiler Tube Co.,Inc is currently taking applications for a full time Sales Engineer.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive project estimates including cost breakdowns and timelines.
• Calculate detailed cost for materials, labor, and equipment based on technical specifications.
• Contact and negotiate with suppliers to obtain pricing for materials and components.
• Collaborate with sales team to present estimates to clients, address technical questions, and clarify project scope.
• Work with scheduling, purchasing, and engineering to execute the project and act as a liaison between the customer and shop.

Educational requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma.

Experience requirements:

• Experience Preffered But Not Required.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to work with a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read drawings in detail and perform take offs of boiler components.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to use AutoCAD for takeoffs and simple drawing.
• Technical estimating, construction experience, project management experience would be a plus.
